Making Your Order October 20, 2007

If you fancy any items displayed, you just have to follow the steps below to make your orders and purchases.

Ordering

First, drop us an email at indulgencelink@gmail.com with the following details:

1) Product details: Product code and product name

2) Your personal details: Your name, contact number and mailing address

3) Delivery Method: Preference of Standard or Registered mail

NOTE: Please read through our Terms & Conditions before making your orders. We shall assume you have done so when we receive your orders.

Confirmation

Your order will be processed and you will then receive a confirmation letter. It will confirm the availability of the item(s) ordered and also your personal details provided in your email.

A POSB account number will be provided for payment.

Payment Method

Currently, only payment through ATM or internet transfers are accepted. You will be notified of our POSB account number when you receive the confirmation for your orders (see Confirmation).

After you have made your payment, please reply our email to inform us of the transaction details. Delivery will only be made after payment has been verified.

We would appreciate it if payment is made within 3 days of you receiving our confirmation letter. Otherwise, we would take it as a cancellation of purchase and the item(s) would be made available to other shoppers.

Delivery Method

Upon confirmation of payment, the items will be delivered to the mailing address provided.

The following methods of delivery are available at the moment:

1) Standard mail

  • S$1 mailing and handling fees will be charged to your final bill
  • S$0.20 will be charged for every additional item

2) Registered mail

  • S$3 mailing and handling fees will be charged to your final bill
  • S$0.20 will be charged for every additional item

We would like to inform you that deliveries are currently restricted to within Singapore and overseas delivery will not be accepted. We apologize for any inconveniences caused.

Also, please note that IndulgenceLink* will not be responsible for any lost packages sent through standard mail.
