1) IndulgenceLink* will not be held responsible for any lost packages sent through Standard Mail or any damages caused during the mailing process.

2) Information on this blog may contain technical inaccuracies or typographical errors. Information may be changed or updated without prior notice.

3) For hygiene purposes, goods mailed out are not exchangeable or refundable.

4) Please note that the colours of each item published on the blog may differ slightly from the actual item due to monitor resolutions and lighting differences.

5) All items are handmade and no 2 pieces will look exactly the same.

6) All prices indicated on our blog are in Singapore Dollars and excludes mailing and handling fees.

7) Payments received will be verified against the transaction details provided in the reply email from the purchaser. IndulgenceLink* will not be held responsible for any unverifiable or void transactions due to error in the transaction process or wrong transaction details provided.

8) Items will only be sent out after payment has been verified. Please allow 3-5 days for the verification of payments and the preparation of the package for mailing. A ‘Delivery Confirmation’ will be sent to you upon verification of payment.

9) Payment should be made within 3 days of receiving our confirmation letter. Otherwise, the purchase would be voided and the item(s) associated with the purchase would be made available to other shoppers.

10) IndulgenceLink* may at any time in its sole discretion modify its Terms & Conditions. Your continued use of the blog and its services following any such modifications, shall be deemed acceptance of such modifications.

11) In the event of any disputes, decisions by IndulgenceLink* are final.
